Connect your dstv explora to the Internet in 3 simple steps.
•
If you have your dstv explora next to your router its very simple,
•
Connect your Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port at the back of the decoder,
•
Connect the other side of the Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port of your router
•
press dstv on your remote, go to connectivity checker and check, once it shows
successful, then you have connected the dstv explora to the Internet. connect your dstv with the dstv WiFi connector•
connect the Ethernet cable at the back of the Explora and connect the usb cable
that came with the WiFi adapter in the box to the back of your dstv explora usb
port.
• on the WiFi adapter connect connect the Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port and the USB “now power cable” to the power port of the WiFi adapter.. • wait for the power light to turn solid white, then press WPS on the WiFi connector. • Now on your router press WPS to allow the WiFi connector to access the home router • Once a solid display of white is on your WiFi connector then the dstv explora is successfully connected to the Internet. • go to setting and check connectivity checker, it should display successful.
