please check in your decoder diagnostic tool, where it shows activation status, if it shows activated , and still get one channel please reset your decoder to factory settings, and repeat the channel search again

Bought a OVHD decoder yesterday ( Sunday 4 Sept 2016). connected to my existing starsat dish. I have been trying since then to activate using *120*6843# but returns invalid mmi code or connection problem. Please help

My decoder can not play in my Tv but when I put it on my friends tv it plays and it can’t detect my satelite
do you want to mean that if take it to your friends place it plays , but when you bring it home it doesnt play, possible issue : your satellite dish needs to be checked by a technician. or if you mean via hdmi, some issues have been reported weer decoders wont sync via hdmi to some tv’s

I need to buy ovh decoder by sum1 said it won’t play on my 54cm ecco tv, is that true? Wat can I do.
ovhd decoder will play on any tv with hdmi in interface, and rca in cables (red, white and yellow cable) known as the av cables. unless if there is hdmi sync problems. but the 54 cm will definitely play
how do i activate my OVHD through my Email?
please send us your ovhd decoder number or stb number that is at the back of the decoder, your cellphone number, and also let us know to which dish ( dstv dish or starsat dish ) is the decoder connected to, and finally let us know if you have a picture on channel 100 on your ovhd decoder, please email details to tech@lubsat.co.za

go to menu , settings, installation enter parental block , and perform a channel search , programs should pop up instantly, enjoy your OVHD viewing experience
Hi , we had the Satelio Satelite dish installed and it shows shadows on all other channels even DSTV-Mnet, why do we experience this problem, no one else mentioned a problem like this?

Which kind of shadows do u experience, we would need much more , on that , is the picture like double, or snowy,might be the problem with tv, try exchanging the tv with another one if u have any in the house, try and see then get back to us, also if you were using av connection or hdmi try to swap to another source,

I have apparently exceeded my activation limit for my set top box – 3394 8343 919 – this happens every time we have a thunder / lightning storm.
Could someone please assist me in this regard?

thats kind of a rare error. plese try to use rca cables instead of hdmi and see if it solves the problem, it might be that the hdcp of the tv is giving you problems
